This is probably the best dmv in all of the Bay Area. Everyone from the person checking you in to the person at the booth were nice. Did not have an attitude like everyone else at other dmvs
Went for real id. Did the online application ahead and uploaded my documents. Brought the code they gave me with my documents and was in and out in less than 30 mins with a computer system reboot. EXCELLENT SERVICE
Surprisingly pleasant and fast! I needed to get a missing registration sticker. The person greeting customers was nice and provided the form I needed. The person helping me process it was really nice too. Though there were many customers that day, I was done in less than an hour. Thank you!
This DMV is efficient if you have an appointment! Bring cash because they charge a small fee if you use your card! Most staff not all are nice. I was in and out in about 30 minutes for a driver’s license renewal! An overall good DMV experience!
It used to be one id avoid but its gotten much better.so id have to say stop in if you have to.some things can be done online or at kiosk in other locations.
