First time visit DMV in Shafter California , non appointment short line , not too many peoples , clean restroom and the best part available parking Semi Trucks in the cross street .
The staff at this office is doing a great job! I took my 83 yr old gma to take her picture for her real ID. we spent more time getting my gma in and out of the car than we spent in the dmv facility!!! Fast service great staff and extremely helpful. 5 stars all the way. I will b going to the Shafter DMV for all my DMV needs from now on. well done Shafter Dmv staff
The visit would have gone better if the computers didn't go do an. But I know that was nothing they could control. I just have to go back again.
It was quick and fast I had a great experience this last time I went other days priors I've been there for hours and it's overwhelming.. but this time is boom boom boom I don't if it was more workers or what was going on but the flow was fast.
Fast service for a title change. Every one inside was polite and courteous, except for the person in charge of letting people in the DMV. She was very rude to me, being a first timer to the covid set up, she didn't properly communicate/instruct me on the process to enter the DMV.
