Smoothest DMV experience I could’ve had, unexpectedly. They text notifications when your number is close to being called, which means you don’t have to sit there all day. Rochelle helped me and she was very nice and helpful in getting things done.

I went at 4pm on Tuesday and was in and out in 11 minutes without an appointment. I’m still in shock that it was so fast. The person at check in says it gets slower around 4pm so I recommend trying then if you don’t have an appointment.

Short wait times considering the amount of people here. Staff were helpful and straight to the point. It is loud and chaotic, sometimes it was hard to understand another person talking. All tests were swift and simple, overall a good experience.

I was in and out in an hour with appointment. Bus routes are not too far from DMV. $41 for all fees. I did driver knowledge test online through virtual test center. Very helpful. You should search and prepare for all original documents to complete a REAL ID transaction.

It’s the DMV & there will always be delays, but DEFINITELY make an appointment. It took me 80 mins to swap a license from another state with an appointment. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Also, the bathroom was not gross, which is great because another review said it was. Plenty of parking too if you have to drive there.
