Ms Jackie from window 8 is an absolute doll. If everyone could have an interaction with a Ms Jackie during their day, the world would be a better place. I adore her and hope I'm called to her window any time I need to do business in person at the DMV.

The best meeting today is with the employee of department 2, a very kind and worthy person named Chris. I appreciate him for talking to me properly and solving my problems.

The posture were really nice. And helpful. And we made a slight error of scanning the same document twice for the real ID the agent was kind enough to take a picture of the seconds ID we brought and put it in place for the application. Overall was a great experience with the DMV.

I never thought I'd ever give DMV a high rating until now! This location had everything very organized. They finally have latest technology where you can finally schedule an immediate appointment online, and show where you're next in line. Also, staff was way more courteous than ever before!

It was extremely crowded even though I had an appointment. I would suggest cracking down on overcrowding, to have an appointment only because the time I finally got out, there were still a lot of people inside and it was about to close. Other than that I got what I needed.
